Ordering
•Please ensure that the e-mail address you have given us is accurate. All order confirmations and progress updates are sent to that e-mail address.
•While we try to ensure that all details (including prices) displayed on this web site are correct and up to date, we cannot be held responsible for their accuracy and they are liable to change without notice.
•You must ensure that, prior to placing an order, you have checked all relevant details about the products you have selected as these may have changed since you last visited this website.
•You should check the size charts and advice carefully to ensure that the goods you order will fit correctly.
•All products displayed on this web site are subject to availability.
•All prices are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable and include delivery charges to UK addresses

Pricing and Availability
•Please note that dispatch times are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products you order turn out to be unavailable. Despite our best efforts, there may be small errors in our catalogue.
•We verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a price truns out to be incorrect, we will contact you for instructions before dispatch, at such time you may cancel your order if you so wish.


Cancellation Right
•Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods, except in the case of custom orders. The following paragraphs explain this


Delivery
•Most orders take from 2-3 Days to be delivered. Delivery time is usually shown within the product description.
•Non-Custom products are usually delivered to you within 2 weeks of order


Custom Orders
•Most products for sale on this website are defined as Custom Orders. Custom Orders are not held in stock, they are made to order in the size and colour of your choice. Custom Orders are subject to different terms, particularly in regard to our returns policy.
•All bouquets are considered to be Custom Orders.
•Items will be ordered in the size and colour specified to us in your order, and the full price will be debited to your card at the time of processing your order.

•Custom orders will generally take up to 2-3 days to deliver, we will provide a confirmation showing the expected delivery date. Please note this date can vary and you should ensure that sufficient time is left to allow for alterations and late delivery.
•All items remain our property until full payment has been received.
•If there are any defects in the items they must be notified to us as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after delivery.
•There are strictly NO refunds on custom ordered items, in line with the 'Sale of Goods' act.

Custom Order Returns
•You may only return custom orders in the event of a defect in which case we must be notified as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after delivery. All custom goods are thouroughly checked prior to shipment
•We will not refund or replace faulty items that have been displayed, opened, used or damaged after receipt by you. Therefore please ensure that you take care of any item in your possesion to prevent them becoming ‘non-refundable’.
•Any faulty returned item must be in the same condition it was upon dispatch and in its original packaging with tags intact. Please check all items upon delivery before removing any packaging or attached tags.
•Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning any items to us, and that any additional shipping charges, commission charges from your bank, or international customs charges, will not be refunded, and therefore will be deducted from your total refund.

Non Custom Orders
•Non-Custom orders will be processed immediately.
•Your payment card will be debited as soon as you place an order
•Your order will be processed straight away.
•All items remain our property until full payment has been received.
•If there are any defects in the items they must be notified to us as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after delivery.

Non Custom Order Returns
•Our 7-day returns guarantee ensures that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund or replacement.
•We will not refund or replace any items that have been worn or damaged. Therefore please ensure that you do not wear perfume, deodorant, fake tan or make-up, when trying on garments, as these may leave a mark/aroma resulting in them being ‘non-refundable’.
•For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to refund or replace underwear or earrings unless shown to be faulty.
•The returned item must be in the same condition it was upon dispatch and in its original packaging with tags intact. Please check all garments upon delivery before removing any attached tags.
•Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning any items to us, and that any additional shipping charges, commission charges from your bank, or international customs charges, will not be refunded, and therefore will be deducted from your total refund.


Returns Procedure - All Products
•Please notify us via e-mail as soon as possible after the date you received the item informing us that you wish to return the item and why, this must be NO LATER than 7 days after receipt.
•We will then e-mail you a Returns Form. For your own protection, please do not send us an item without first obtaining a form, as it may be returned to you.
•Complete the returns form fully and enclose with the returned item stating your reason for returning.
•In the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault in the space provided.
•Wrap the item securely in its original packaging with all paperwork.
•Clearly mark your item RETURN on the outside of your package and send to:
•Carolanne Flowers, Bletchley.
•For your own protection, we do recommend that you use a 'signed for' delivery service that also insures you for the full cost of the garment. As any item lost in the post when en-route to us will NOT be refunded.
•We will notify you via email when we have processed your refund or replacement.

 


Shipping

Shipping is available for all areas in or around Milton Keynes. Prices are calculated at order time and are based upon your delivery postcode.
